I tried creating platform, using legendary starter pack, but it doesn't work. I tried doing that in editor, normal starter pack worked, but legendary didn't. Considering that it's possible to create Quality starter pack, it's strange that you can't use it to build space platform.

Thanks for the report. This was previously classified as "not a bug" however after some discussion we decided to implement it as a full feature. It will take some time to implement but the plans are:

* The hub will have the quality of the starter pack
* You can pick the quality in the starter-pack selection list
* The items in the hub will always be created with normal quality - just the hub will have quality

It's crooked, but I managed to create it
1. No silo with automatic delivery enabled so it accidentally not build it with available normal quality starter pack
2. Create space platform with left menu without starter pack
3. Put quality starter pack in silo and deliver it as a cargo to newly created platform. It will build platform with quality starter pack

I did this as well. It gave me my 10 starter foundations, which I can't use because they are Uncommon I can't place above-Normal tiles.

But the hub is still uncommon.
