Formula editor: Show parameter list in tooltip even in case of an error

When editing formulas, the tooltip does not show the parameter list if there is an error in the box.
At this time, it would be most useful to have the parameter list (as the "error" is most likely during editing, so the info of the parameters to finish the formula would be more helpful than the error message).
My suggestion: Show the error and below the text, show the parameter list.
