[Rseding91][2.0.9] High quality level causes menus to take while to load or freezes game on startup

Modding in new quality tiers that have higher levels (which allows uint32, I did some minimal testing and around 8000+ would cause the freeze on my system, while 1000+ would cause the longer menu load times) causes some menus (ex. Factoriopedia) to take longer to load and if the number is to high the game will freeze on startup while consuming all available ram.

Can you please provide a save file or mod that when I sync-mods with shows the issue you're describing?

Thanks for the mod. It looks like the main issue was the range modifier for turrets/weapons. It has very poor scaling performance. I've limited that specific bonus to a max of 3x which seems to have fixed all of the issues that I could find. All other bonuses related to quality seem fine with the larger numbers.
