Train overview should have an interrupt tab

TL;DR
Show a list of interrupts as a tab in the train overview to simplify changing an interrupts without having to find a train using it.
What?
Add an interrupts tab to the train overview listing all the interrupts. The right side would show the configuration for the selected interrupt.
Why?
Sometimes interrupts need to be changed because the target of the interrupt changes. But currently that means finding a train that uses that interrupt, which can be somewhere totally different on the map and hard to find. Or build a dummy train somewhere add the interrupt and edit it then. Both ways seem a bit cumbersome.

I agree, it's kind of weird that a station exclusively used for interrupts doesn't show up in any tabs.

I have a slightly different problem that could be solved by having an interrupts tab in the train overview.

Sometimes when I'm debugging my train network I'd like to understand which interrupts are being used at this very instant. Here is a mock of what solving the OP's problem and my problem might look like:

  • (Pretend the Interrupts tab is the one selected)
  • The left hand panel would show the list of all interrupts
  • A - This could be the number of trains that have this as an interrupt
  • B - This could be the number of trains for which the interrupt is "currently active" (the train's current temporary stop was added by this interrupt) (aka the trains shown in the right hand panel)
  • C - An always present widget in the right hand panel for editing the train interrupt (without having to find a train having that interrupt)
  • Right hand panel would show the trains for which the interrupt is "currently active" and clicking will take you to the remote view for that train.
