[2.0.11] Map View: Dragging screen with cursor and then using wasd incorrectly moves map preview

Steps to reproduce:
1) Open Map
2) Zoom in far enough to make the map preview visible
3) Hold down left mouse button and move the view around
4) While still holding mouse button, press a wasd key
5) The map view does not change, but the map preview moves as if the map view actually was changing
See that the map preview is located in a different area than the map view:
