[2.0.11] Can't use shorthand for upper value when setting logistics requests

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Character (e)
2. Select empty or existing logistics request for an item.
3. For the value for lower limit enter 1k
4. For the upper limit try to enter 1k and the 'k' key press is ignored. If you move the character window out of the center of the screen and mash 'K' the message 'Cannot disconnect rolling stock: not in vehicle." is displayed.
Additionally, with other shorthand values, i.e. 1M, trying to enter 1M for upper limit opens the map.
The same behavior is noted with character personal logistics, space platform logistics and cargo landing pads.
