[2.0.11] Decider Combinator fails to true state during space platform travel

Describe the problem by answering these questions:

What did you do?
I have the Space Platform Storage (SPS) and external belts feeding the storage connected to three decider combinators, that are connected to asteroid collectors.
Each combinator is set to prevent a specific type of asteroid from collection if X amount is already collected via belts, asteroid collectors, or the SPS.
The combinators are are also set to stop collection if Y amount of items are stored inside of the SPS.

What happened?
During travel from any planet to another, the decider combinators will sometimes fail to "true" regardless of the set conditions. Usually while this occurs, the asteroid count reported by the decider combinators are way above the total collected amount of asteroids.

What did you expect to happen instead? It might be obvious to you, but do it anyway!

During non-travel, the logic works fine and prevents collection of unnecessary asteroids. This should remain the case during travel, but doesn't.

Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?

This happens sometimes.

Notes:
I haven't tested exactly how long this will occur.
This condition will stop if the asteroid count is lowered by ejecting them from the platform or consuming.

I am going to shove this straight to not a bug because there are multiple asteroid collectors cross connected with the same wire so when one asteroid collector has content inside it will make other asteroid collectors to set filters regardless of decider outputs.
