[2.0.11] Quality Space Platform pieces not usable for expanding Space platform

What did you do?
Created Legendary Space platform started and space platform foundations
Created new space platform with it which comes with 10 platform foundations.
What happened?
Space platform will not use non Normal quality space platform foundation pieces to expand the platform
What did you expect to happen instead? It might be obvious to you, but do it anyway!
Space Platform will expand with any quality space platform foundations as they do not have different stats for space platform foundations.
Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?
Always happens regardless of quality
Tested using Legendary quality.
