Placing the rail chain signal inside the red square, will cause it to flash error. It should either not allow to place it, or just work. Make no sense it flashs as it is literally the same rail segment.

I would understand the lower one as it is clipping trough the other rail, but the middle one is perfectly fine, it works just fine if placed just in front of the station.

That is the only signal that causes this, all the other chain are working just fine.

Minor issue.

This rail fork you have has top 2 rails close enough that they merge so just this one signal is not sufficient to split the block in half. For the same reason if you build a roundabout, all signal spots are proposed even when a signal will be flashing invalid.
