Mods activate previous achievements

Hello,
apologies if this is the wrong sub forum. This looks a bit like a bug, but since it is mod-related, this looked like a better place.
The issue: I have Factorio since maybe V0.14 or so, and used a few tiny mods, like "pumpAnywhere" and "cleanConcrete" and "copyModules". Just tiny ease-of-use things, no ground breaking huge mods like "spaceExploration".
I got the V2 Version with Space Age, did a complete uninstall, and installed the new one.
The savegame-folder is still there (living in my AppProfile from Win11), which is nice, although the savegames are not really playable anymore. No problem, all good.
The mods-folder somehow survived the uninstall-reinstall as well, which I did not expect, but ok. Every mod is deactivated for not being compatible yet. No problem, all good.
Now I started a new, clean, fresh, unmodded game, and it works beautiful. No achievements in my history just after crash landing on the planet. As expected.
After playing a couple of hours, I activated some new mods that are now V2 compatible, like "cleanConcrete" or "rateCalculator". That all works like a charm, the mods install and work flawless. However, if I add any one mod, my fresh clean savegame welcomes me with all my achievements collected from 0.14 to 1.1 (like "1 million iron per hour" or "1 million green boards per hour" that my fresh clean game clearly never achieved.
If I remove the mods (which, with something like "cleanConcrete" is totally unproblematic) I am back to the real achievements of my new install of V2. Any idea how I could fix that? Any idea how I could reset the achievements to work with mods?
Thanks and all the best!
