The mouse 4 and 5 buttons seem to do just about everything else, and every other key I assigned to pick up items worked, just not mouse 4 and 5

Thanks for the report, can you confirm you un-bound “browse back” and “browse forward” in the control settings? By default those actions will take priority over picking up items and are bound to those buttons.

Human error, not a bug. I unbound back and forward and it works. Thanks for helping me out either way!
