Hello! Sorry I'm still relatively new to Factorio, and I've run into an issue where some of my steam engines aren't generating enough power for some reason... and my satisfaction is low because of this. Below are some photos. Is there a reason for this? Did I mess up setting them up properly?

From the second screenshot we can see that out of the 50 visible steam engine , only 34 are covered by a substation that is also connected to a power consumer.

The reason why the steam engine whose tooltip is shown doesn't produce power ( 20.7/900 kW) is because it is in a isolated network with only the 2 substation from the bottom right.

Elaborating a little on the answer above, you're missing this connection, probably because the substations are a little too far apart.
