When i try to launch a space platform, the "Build new space platform" button is greyed out. I have a Cargo landing pad, the rocket silo is powered, the rocket is built and the "Space platform starter pack" is inserted. I have tried using "Automatic requests from space platforms" to no avail. This is my first time launching a space platform, and I am not playing PVP. This is not a duplicate of 116513, as this is not PVP mode, that was fixed in 2.0.10 and the button wasn't greyed out in that issue.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new game.
2. Type in /editor (twice) to enter editor mode.
3. Place a rocket silo.
4. Either mark the rocket silo ready in editor mode, or add enough of the required materials.
5. Put a space platform starter kit into the rocket inventory.
6. Notice that the "Build new space platform" button is greyed out, even after placing the space platform starter kit into the rocket inventory.

I Tried to launch a space platform, and the "Build new space platform" button was greyed out. I expected to be able to build a new space platform, and it happens every time.

You have not researched rocket silo, so creating platforms is not allowed
