How to duplicate
1. Have an entity with an inventory slot
2. In map view pick a ghost item
3. With the ghost item selected open the entity
4. While entity is open select any other ghost item
5. Congratulations, the original ghost item cannot be selected anymore

To fix this I have to close and reopen the entity with nothing selected

I've attached a video of bug if needed

I just checked, bug still exists in 2.0.11

This appears to have been resolved at some point since I can't reproduce the issue.
