Space platform propulsion powered by fusion reactor.

What ?

VASIMR - Variable Specific Impulse Magnetoplasma Rocket
Thruster taking plasma from fusion reactor and release it to produce thrust,
reaching much higher thrust per tile and much less items consumption per engine.

Why ?

As late game technology,
significantly improves mobility of space platform without scaling up platform size too much,
doesn't rely on asteroid chunk to sustain acceleration, further improves thrust to weight ratio of the platform

I really like the idea. Sometimes, authors note that some technologies would trivialize the game, but u think that late game tech should do that in some manner. Like your idea, and it fits thematically.
