[2.0.10] Repair packs fail to repair damaged entities

What did you do?
Used a repair pack on a damaged entity, in this case a gun turret. I have the repair pack in my hand, the mouse cursor has changed, I am right next to the entity and I click the entity.

What happened?
I hear the same sound effect that plays when attempting to repair an undamaged entity. The entity does not get repaired, and the repair pack deselects from my mouse.

What did you expect to happen instead? It might be obvious to you, but do it anyway!
I would expect the entity to begin being repaired, and for my repair pack durability to begin to drop.

Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?
Earlier in this same save file I was able to repair without issue. I don't know when it shifted, but at this point it's 100% that I cannot repair.

Other things I've tried
I have tried the following: Repairing with inventory open, repairing with inventory closed. Repairing with repair packs on hotbar. Dropping all current repair packs and building a fresh one. Damaging an entity myself and repairing it. Destroying an entity that seemed unrepairable and trying to repair a different entity. None of these seem to re-enable the ability to repair ANY entity.

Log and Save attached, no mods installed either.

I am open to this being user-error but I am a long time Factorio player and I have tried a huge swath of things to get this resolved, to no avail.

I am trying to reproduce the issue but everything works fine.

Could you verify if you do not have colliding key-bindings?

I was worried it was just me. Which key bindings would you recommend I check out? I think repair is bound to the "build" binding right?

Like, of course 'build' and 'open object's gui' have the same binding, for instance. I'm wondering which ones could be colliding.

Well, could you try restoring defaults? I get no issues when using default bindings. Its really suspicious that you are saying the repair pack dissapears from the cursor because that suggests either that you clear the cursor (which would suggests its pipette related) or it is one of your personal constructon robots stealing your repair pack to do some repairs on its own (but in the save file provided you have no personal robots)

Restoring to defaults fixed it. How strange. I have no idea what changed but I imagine that at some point I'll run into it when i try to press some key combination that I expect to work but doesn't.

Sorry to waste your time, like I said in the post I was open to it being user error but man did I try a lot of stuff to solve it. If I ever realize what it was I can come back and update this.
