[2.0.9] Snipping Tool is broken by Factorio

Only when Factorio is open, is the snippin tool broken, snipping tool on winndows (Win + Shift + S)

Thanks for the report however I can not reproduce any issues with the snipping tool while Factorio is open. Does the issue persist if you restart your computer?

Yeah I restarted, when on EXP Gamiing S0 it does this, when on singleplayer it does not, super weird.

Make sure once on S0 to try taking a couple snips
