[2.0.9] Mac - Crashed mid game - autosave corrupted - can't open past autosaves
Posted: Thu Oct 24, 2024 2:11 am
Good Evening,
I just got to space and was dealing with an alien invasion on the main planet and finally just fixed up my oil pipelines. Just for the game to crash.
(This was the furthest I had travelled on the main planet) not sure if that has anything to do with it.
No worries, I had it autosave every 5 minutes. I reopened Factorio, saw a tmp_autosave. Got some I/O error, but everything closed to fast for me to read. I then tried to open past autosaves. All of them crash when I try to open.
` 71.998 Custom mipmaps uploaded (3203)
74.595 Generated mipmaps for virtual atlas of size 32768x40960
75.409 Factorio initialised
75.451 Steam Storage Quota: 23691/23841
92.548 Error CrashHandler.cpp:641: Received SIGSEGV
Factorio crashed. Generating symbolized stacktrace, please wait ...`
Not sure if it is because the Steam quota is filling up or some other SIGSEGV error. My computer still has more than enough space on it.
Is there a way to see more?
Thanks for your help.
