[2.0.9] Game lagging after update

I was playing last night with no issues.
Turned the game on this morning and was prompted to update to 2.0.9. Now I'm getting some serious lag. Nothing else has changed on my computer as far as I'm aware. I've restarted the both computer and game with no change.

Clarifications:
- I have the Space Age DLC.
- None of the graphics settings are making a difference.
- FPS/UPS shows at most ~40/60 no matter what.
