Blueprint hard to see for manual gameplay

TL;DR
When using blueprints with manual placement it is hard to see what items go where especially on top of existing items.

What ?
Make it easier to differentiate what items in the blueprint are what so I can build them manually in that spot.
Why ?
In the earlier game I make blueprints for recurring puzzles like lane balancing and such, oftentimes I have 4 belt lanes somewhere and it needs balancing, so I grab the blueprint and place it on top of the existing lanes. But now it is too hard to differentiate between splitters, tunnels and belts to actually use it like this.
