Turns out I was somehow playing 2.0.2 for two days

Some conversions happened when I updated straight to 2.0.9.
Should I be concerned about anything in my save being broken?
Never had access to the beta, playing through Steam. Finally noticed the lack of updates today when 2.0.9 appeared in the news, had to verify files to force the update.
I can't even see the changelogs before 2.0.7.
