Travel to Fulgora and restart from a previous save kept the lightning rod unlocked

As mentioned in the title, I went to Fulgora wrongly I wanted to go to vulcanos, so I landed I saw was the wrong planet, and went to a previous save, and then I saw that from that save, I was having the Lightning rod unlocked.
