[2.0.9]: system can not find file dataloader.lua

Just did an automated update from 1.x (the latest thingy) to 2.0.9. Lazy no-thrills player, I just click buttons... System downloaded some time, restarted and now every start ends with this message. If I click "ok", factorio is terminated.

No gameplay for me any more?

* Installed via normal setup, same error.
* Checked complained file, looks good to me.
* Cleared mods/ folder. Did not help.

Looks like the reason seem to be that Windows wanted a Reboot after restoring a cloned drive (that one where Factorio lives on).
