Train turning off

The new train interupts are awesome.
However, i've noticed that my train goes from "automatic" to "manual" after it passes a particular stop by interupt and i can not figure out for the life of my why its doing that.
and its not as if if the train can't chain interupts, it will go from a depot perfectly fine to pick up ore to its dropof location, all as nothing but a chain of interupts. But its after this last step that it stops, instead of chaining back to pick up ore.
I need help, anyone has ANY ideas whats going on?
