[2.0.9] Foundry research at 100% but not unlocking

As the title research on the foundry has not completed once i made tungsten carbide however the tech shows as 100% complete but it still locked. Drop box link with save and screenshot is attached

Are all technology dependencies unlocked?

The screenshot shows you lacking the prerequisite tech.

The confusion comes from the dependancies not being shown if I only hover over the Foundry tech in the tree:

It's not very intuitive that the required Calcite processing tech is hidden until I actually click on the Foundry tech.

I came here through google, because I ran into the same issue. Which is apparently just an oversight on my part, but with a lot of experience under my belt I would have understood if it was more obvious.
Since it's also my first time on a new planet in space age, everything is unclear and I didn't understand where to look and what I had missed.
Maybe because it's a starter tech, you could add the prerequisite to mining calcite in the text?
