I am using Windows 10 (build 19045) and an Intel HD Graphics 3000 video card. The game is running via Steam. I have already tried verifying the integrity of the game files in Steam, but it didn’t help.

Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this issue and how to fix it? I am not using any mods, and the error occurs right after launching the game.
