Headless Windows Server

I'm attempting to run a dedicated headless server on a Windows laptop. I see people mentioning the Windows version of the headless server, but there is no Windows version: as far as I can tell, there used to be, but it's not for download on the official Factorio page anymore. Does it still exist? Am I just not finding it? Where is it, and how does it work?

You're supposed to just make a bat file in the directory but it has not been working for me and I wanna smash my computer.

I thought the same thing.
Anyway. Go to the Factorio download page. log in. Download the windows ZIP.
Unzip the download of the game to C:\Program Files\Factorio
Copy your mods to: C:\Program Files\Factorio\mods
Make a copy of blueprint-storage.dat and rename it blueprint-storage-2.dat
Take those two files and the blueprint-storage-version-1.1-backup.dat file and place all three in the C:\Program Files\Factorio folder.
Give the user that is logged into the system full access to the C:\Program Files\Factorio folder and everything in it.
make a .bat file in C:\Program Files\Factorio\bin\x64
start /wait factorio.exe --start-server myworld.zip
pause
Create a shortcut to the .bat file on the desktop.

It simply doesn't work. Just crashes whenever I launch.
