Factorio Update to 2.0.8 with Docker Server on Linux

Hi guys,
We are facing a problem since the update the game from Steam to Factorio 2.0.8
We have a headless server stored on a Synololy Nas using a docker..
So we had to update the docker to the version 2.0.8 which seems successful but when we try to connect to the game, we are facing the MODs compatibility over:
"name": "elevated-rails",
"enabled": true
},
{
"name": "quality",
"enabled": true
},
{
"name": "space-age",
"enabled": true
These are from the mod-setting.json and even when we are turning them to false.... start the server. They are rewritten to true.
Would you be able to explain us what we should do?
Trying to install the mods manually? to the docker? to the game? Shall we not use the steam game?
We've been trying few solutions around but nothing seems to work.
Any help will really appreciated.
Cheers
