we can't mix fluid in pipe anymore right so why pump have filter ?

Guess that shared code with the fact all inserter have filter now.

But it's weird to me or maybe I miss something.

Primarily so that you can unload different trains at the same stop without mixing fluids. Also could be useful for circuit-controlled assembler and chemplant recipes.
