Allow saving and sharing of logistic groups.

TL;DR
A way to save and share logistic request presets across players and games is needed, especially with the increased complexity of Space Age gameplay.
What?
The feature request is to introduce a system where players can save, load, export and import groups of logistic request presets, similar to blueprints. This would allow players to efficiently manage and apply pre-configured item requests across different servers, game stages, such as early or late game, and across planets (Fulgora, Vulcanus, Gleba).
Why?
Manually setting up logistic requests has always been tedious, especially in multiplayer games. The problem has always been worse with mods, as more items also means that it takes more time to set up the requests. It is also prone to errors, like forgetting essential items after traveling to a distant place to build something.
The complexity has increased significantly in the Space Age update, with more items, and different sets of requests needed for various planets and stages of the game. Also players have to worry about the quality of the item too. The load of setting up the requests correctly also increases as whenever traveling to other planets, players need to remove all the items and ask for the items again in the new planet, increasing the importance of setting up the logistic requests correctly.
For example one common operation would be to set up the a logistic group to drop all the items before going to the rocket (including guns and ammo, because they may also be in the inventory. There are currently 285 items in the release, and the process to set up a single request would be to:
1) Click on slot
2) Click the item
3) Click on the quality dropdown
4) Select Any quality
5) Click on the maximum number of items
6) Write 0
7) Press E, enter or click on the check
Which would total to 1425 clicks and 570 key presses just to set a simple and really useful logistic group to drop all the items. Automating this with presets would save time, reduce mistakes, and streamline gameplay. While server-side scripts could address this, allowing players to manage their own presets would give them more freedom and flexibility. As a side note it would also be better to have hotkeys for setting up logistic groups to avoid having to click so much.
