[2.0.8] more space for localized text in train interrupt GUI

Could you please provide more space for localized text in the train interrupt GUI? Non-english texts such as German are longer/more verbose, and the text is severely truncated. For example, you have to hover over the text to see if it's the fuel condition for one locomotive or for all:
There is space available, reduce the indent for the condition text.
Even better would be dynamic sizing - define a minimum and a maximum width of that dialog according to the size the text will render.
