See attachment, I don't mind the tooltip for the inserter I'm holding, but more than that I'd like to see the tooltip for the assembler underneath the cursor, I need to know what's inside.
If I'm holding coal or plates for instance I can still see what's in the burner of assembler. However the moment I hold something placeable it gets overriden.
I could just hover somewhere empty if I wanted to see the details of what I'm holding. Now I have to juggle the item between checking the assembler content and feeding it, or check all, then feed all.
Let me see both, or give me a setting for which one I want to see, please.

Thinking about it a bit more, there's the case of holding the same item as the one being hovered over. In this case the general information would be redundant.
