Armor Equipment Grid Bonus Readout Error

I noticed while playing today that if my personal armor batteries are empty, the movement bonus statistic behaves strangely while moving.
When batteries are charged, and I am not moving, it shows the correct bonus (+60% in this case)
While moving and low on power, this bonus drops down to +17% as it should.
While walking with low power, this movement bonus slowly drops, and if no power is added to the grid, it will not go back up.
This movement bonus will continue to approach closer and closer to 0, as if there were an asymptote, when the bonus should be 0.
