Hello,
it seems I inadvertently used the wrong tab to buy Factorio Space Age. I had both the Factorio base game and Factorio Space Age options open for an earlier research, I wanted to buy Space Age, since I already own the base game; only after actually making the payment I found out I used the wrong tab and bought the base game (again). Can this be fixed somehow? What are my options? What is the option that is the least painful to the devs?

Well yeah i did actually the same thing (without multiple tabs) and ended up with another basegame. Went through Humble due to the speculation about a better cut for Wube and obviously followed the wrong link somehow. Pricetag of 32 EUR during checkout seemed perfectly reasonable ... fail.

Currently also in contact with support. If they can help - great.
If not - i will call it a stupidity fee and donation on my part and buy it again.


Please don´t get this wrong. Usually this would annoy the heck out of me. However in case of Factorio it gave me so much playtime since starting in 2016 that in this one special case it would actually not bother me that much. And yes - i am considering myself lucky also that i could actually afford to do that. I do realize others might not be able to do that in my position.

Resolved with the Wube Support, they are awesome, replied almost immediately, fixed things immediately. I love Wube!
