[2.0.6] Incorrect phrasing in graphics settings on Linux

On Linux, you can now choose between X11 and Wayland. However, the settings incorrectly call these 'video drivers'. These are instead 'display protocols'!
Video drivers are provided by GPU manufacturers (like nVidia or AMD)

For the Truth's sake, Ubuntu calls it "windowing system" in its hardware/software overview.

These are called video drivers in SDL. :)
