if i want to play with friends what are all the network requriments. like what do i need to odwnload mods what do i need to see oters etc. i live at a boarding school so thats why i wana know

All parties need their own license to the game and a working internet connection.

i know that but i assume there more to it then that for example i have a internet conenction but no mutliplay or mod download rn
