[6.0.1] Map generation

I set up very frequent, very big, very rich copper ore / iron ore / stone / coal.
However, the resources generated are not that big!
It looks like "average" setup allows to generate bigger areas of resources, than "very big", which is not logical.

We know that the resource generation is not optimal now ... It is currently on my list (top of the list, actually), so expect this fixed in 0.7.0

Are you going to implement massive fixes?
I mean, is it worth to play now or it would be better to wait till 0.70. is released?

No, no massive fixes are planned. I want to make the resource fields more responsive to the controls and to change its shape to make it look les cake-y and more like the forrests do now, but at default settings the gameplay should not change too much.

What a question. This sound like "is it worth to buy a PC now or should I wait until the components get cheaper?"
Of course it is always worth to play. Life with the limits and take them as challenge!

The map generation for resources has been improved for the 0.7. Both the shape and the quantities.
