Ok, it's a bit weird question.

I bought the game on Steam and, since I live in Ukraine, it's super cheap. Now I want to buy game again for full price from Humble Bundle. I know that Steam Support can remove games from accounts. Not sure whether they'll do this if I request them directly tho. Still, I want to ask them to do so so that I can buy game from website for $35 and get Steam key to activate the game on my Steam account again.

I think that, since Steam allows for refunds, there should be some checks verifying whether you own the game, but I just want to make sure that after Steam Support will remove ownership from Steam account, I'll lose access here as well.

That‘s very nice of you, I’d recommend you just gifting the steam key to a friend instead of going through all this trouble. It should work though…

Just kidding. Thing is, all my friends already have it. And I don't really like the idea of random giveaways. Not to mention there's not much people who don't own the game yet.

Upd.: it did. Turns out Steam has a button on when you click on the purchase and select specific item to remove that item from account w/o refund. I did that. I didn't lose access on website immediately, I logged out and in and only then saw a message that "it doesn't seem like you have game anymore so we unlinked your account". After that I just purchased it on website and everything went smooth.
