This property only applies to the Character firing a Gun.The current description:

movement_slow_down_cooldown :: float optional
Default: equal to cooldown property
I would like to see this addition to the description:
The base duration in ticks the movement penalty is active after attacking.
The effect duration will decrease with shooting speed upgrades. See GunSpeedModifier
