[Twinsen] [1.1.109] Cannot return item back pop-up, can return item back.

1. What did you do & 2. What happened?
I filtered an inventory slot to a specific item. I pick up that item, then pick up another inventory item without clearing my hand. The hand icon is still at the filtered inventory slot, but I'm holding a different item. When I try to clear my hand using "Q", the game pops up an warning/error message: "Cannot return item back: Only Transport belt can be inserted into this slot. If you want to put something else here, the filter has to be cleared." If I press Q a second time, the hand gets cleared without issue.
3. What did you expect to happen instead?
I would expect the hand icon not to remain on the filtered item slot when holding another item.
I would expect the error message not to pop up, if pressing the same button twice fixes the issue.
4. Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?
The error always happens if the above steps are followed.
