[1.1.101]"Could not establish connection" Error UDP 10051

Hello 
My friends played on a server since some weeks, and it works fine. But when I tried to joined them I have the error "Could not establish connection", or in french "Impossible d'établir la connexion". I've tried on some public server and I've encountered the same problem.
The log says that " UDPSocket.cpp:406: Sendto failed (but can be probably ignored): Error code 10051, Une opération a été tentée sur un réseau impossible à atteindre." (which can be translated by "An operation has been attempted on a network impossible to reached" I guess)
There is no activity on my firewall, I've tried to update my drivers, reinstall the game, but I run out of ideas ....
If you have any leads, I'll take them !
