[1.1.101] Storage Tanks locks player movement

What did you do?
- Placed the Storage Tank connected to a underground pipe
What happened?
- Player can't move without destroying the tank
What did you expect to happen instead? It might be obvious to you, but do it anyway!
- I expected the tank not be able to be placed
Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?
- Always happen when reproduced correctly
If you can reproduce the issue provide the exact steps!
- Place underground aiming up
- Walk to the underground, from top to bottom, in the center, and stop before the collision makes your player "slip" pass the pipe
- Place the Storage Tank
