Using zip-version of the game. Updates before from earlier versions had no problems, only now fron 102 to 103. Log attached.

I can confirm this. I get the same error.

Now it worked for me.

I made and uploaded a new 1.1.102-1.1.103 Windows update package that, in my testing, appears to work even with a corrupted version of 1.1.102. But it's difficult to guarantee, so if you run into the error, please download a new full release of 1.1.103.

Seems to work for now, appreciate your quick fixes! In case something breaks, I will just grab a new zip.
