Enable/disable rows in personal logistics

TL;DR
Allow a player to enable or disable single rows in personal logistics.
What ?
Add a checkbox for each row in personal logistics that can enable or disable that row.

Why ?
Sometimes I need to disable logistics so I don't fill up my trash with some cleanup I'm doing or moving something around. I think it would be nice to be able to disable a specific row of logistics without disabling everything.
