"Make new blueprint book" 's default shortcut should be Shift + B

Add a default shortcut for "Make new blueprint book".What ?
That action by default needs you to click the blueprint book icon and it's visible only after you unlock blueprint books by researching bots for the first time.Add a default shortcut.
Why ?
It's always been weird how the blueprint book doesn't have a default shortcut. I find the best shortcut to be Shift + B.Of course we can do that ourselves, but who actually bothers adding a shortcut until being bothered by it A LOT? This will make the lives of a lot of people much easier and I haven't seen any mods that use Shift + B.
