Very simple suggestion; Easy Refining

A very simple compact mod that would add essentially a recipe (Made in assembling machine 2+, chemical plant, etc) that converts 1 ore into 2 ore after a large amount of time. Basically just simple compact refining that could be used probably even with major overhaul mods. For balance it could take oil/tons of water/etc etc, alongside a option to disable any additional requirements for ultra compatibility or just preference
