[1.1.91] Main Menu Crash

I opened the game and had it open for about 10 minutes before deciding to play. When I tabbed back into the game, the message about posting the bug on the forums popped up.

That is a problem with your graphics driver.

Specifically this is the same issue as here:
viewtopic.php?f=49&t=108367 Something is wrong with AMDs latest graphics drivers and they are trying to figure out what it is to fix it.
