I just recently started to play again and I have been getting sup 10 frames consistently. When i cheked the debug menu to look at time usage, "Flip" was constantly at 207-209. I tried turning off v-sync in the nvidia control panel and on everything that i could but nothing changed it.
Any suggestions?
