Steam version crashes on launch (1.1.85+)

I have Steam version, haven't played the game since March, recently updated it and it now crashes on 29% mark during the initial load. I've tried reinstalling it, disabling mods, disabling Steam Cloud and Steam Overlay and using Steam autonomus mode with no results, however, downgrading to 1.1.80 via Steam Betas makes the game work. Separately installed 1.1.87 from factorio.com also works fine, so the problem must be related to Steam.

Try updating your Steam itself.

When you go to steam -> help -> about - can you paste that info here?

What happens if you go to
https://store.steampowered.com/about/ and attempt to re-install steam via the "Install steam" button in the top right?

First, I've installed Steam over current instalation with no success. Then, I've manually removed almost all Steam files(too lazy to do game backups) and during that process I found inaccesible corrupted folder. After this I've started chkdsk with restoring broken sectors option, which "repaired" the folder, so I could delete it. And then, Steam finally updated itself to the version from September 12th, and now Factorio works. Thanks for help, the factory must grow!
