[1.1.80] The game will randomly disconnect my GPU, causing a DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED error.

This isn't the first time I've run into the issue, but I've run out of ideas on how to fix it. I originally thought this was an error that only shows up when I play the game for a long time, but it's not that because this crash was from only staying on the title screen. I also double-checked my computer to make sure everything is properly plugged in, and everything is. When I do not play the game, my GPU has no errors like this. I've verified my file integrity and tried both updating or rolling back my GPU drivers.
The issue is very annoying to debug because it does not happen consistently or frequently. Today's crash on the title screen was the fastest one, but the previous ones I've had took 6+ hours before they happened. As far as I can tell, I did nothing during this launch of the game to prompt the crash. I loaded the game, I was tabbed out to wait for it to load, and my screen flickered black because of the GPU error. Tabbing out wasn't the cause of the crash in previous occurrences, where I was tabbed in while playing the game.
I'm using mods that're all listed in the attached log; none of the mods have any discussion comments that mention this sort of crash.
